Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data in Accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698

With this responsibility, we process your personal data within the framework specified below, as the Data Controller, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.

Audio/Visual Data: It is the data group that contains the visual and audio data of the individual. (Photo, sound recording, camera recording, driver’s license/ID copy/scan etc.)

Financial Data: It is the data group that contains the financial information of the person. (Bank account number, iban number, card information, bank name, invoice, current account, etc.)

Signature Data: It is the data group that contains the signature information of the person. (Wet Signature, e-signature, signature copy/scan, ID copy, signature circular/statement etc.)

Occupational Data: It is the data group that contains information about the occupation of the person. (Institution, profession, etc.)

Training Data: It is the data group that contains the training data of the individual. (School, education, certificate information, etc.)

Working Data: Employed company, department and position information, etc.

Legal Action: Correspondence with official institutions and organizations, file and debt information related to enforcement proceedings, etc.

Other: For the HR applications made, the position applied for, the center applied for and, if uploaded by you, the CV, military status information, etc.

Website: Log logs, browser data, session cookies, etc.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

6. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

To fulfill our legal obligations as a data controller, to carry out our activities, to protect the legitimate interests of our center, to ensure the performance of the contract between us and for the reasons stipulated in the laws; Your personal data that we request from you personally or via our website/phone or that you prefer to share with us are collected via e-mail and based on the legal reasons stated above.

Your personal data collected in this process; In order to be able to carry out the processes listed above, due to the fulfillment of the duty of care and to be able to carry out our commercial / operational activities, it is securely collected in physical and electronic media during the beginning and continuation of our contract, as determined by the Law.

In this context, your personal data, for the above-mentioned purposes; 5/2-c of the Law No. 6698; the establishment of the contract and the fulfillment of its requirements, to comply with our legal obligations in line with art.5/2-ç, within the framework of our company’s legitimate interests in line with art.5/2-f, and in line with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 6, and when necessary will also be processed in a limited and measured way in connection with these purposes, based on your express consent.

7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW NUMBERED 6698

As personal data owners, if you apply to EconTech in writing to your requests regarding your rights stated below; Depending on the nature of your request, a free response will be given within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, EconTech may charge the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In this context, personal data owners pursuant to article 11 of the KVKK;

Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant legislation, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

8. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA:

Your personal data can be stored for as long as required for the purposes of processing. If there is no other reason or legal reason, there is no international law or regulation, and the obligations arising from the contracts are eliminated, your personal data, the purpose of which is lost, is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

9. REQUEST TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

Your personal data that we obtain and process by you must be accurate and up-to-date when necessary. For this reason, if there is any change in your personal data, you can notify the relevant unit of our Center.
